Appellate Practice

Our firm’s appellate lawyers have handled numerous appeals in both state and federal appellate courts. In its representation of both appellants and appellees, members of the firm have appeared before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, with an emphasis on bankruptcy appeals. Our appellate lawyers have highly developed written and oral advocacy skills and understand the complex appellate process. The firm’s practice includes all aspects of appeals, including preparing and presenting oral arguments to three member panels, as well as successfully seeking and obtaining en banc reconsideration and review before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
