Todd A. Hoodenpyle represents and consults with small and large companies, as well as individuals on business and employment matters. He handles litigation in all forums including federal district court, federal bankruptcy court and state courts. Todd represents companies and individuals in complex litigation matters involving business disputes, partnership issues, shareholder oppression, landlord-tenant and real estate disputes.
Todd pursues employer and employee rights in employment cases involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation suits under federal and state law, including Title VII, the FMLA, ADA, ADEA. Todd litigates non-compete and trade secret cases on behalf of employers and employees.
Todd serves as outside counsel to and counsels employers on employment policies, employee handbooks, and restrictive covenants (non-compete, non-solicitation, confidentiality agreements). He regularly consults with employers regarding daily employment issues before litigation ensues, such as employment contracts, leaves of absence, disciplinary matters, and employee separation.
