The firm also has significant experience representing commercial landlords in tenant reorganizations and bankruptcy cases. Our bankruptcy lawyers have successfully represented landlords in some of the largest Chapter 11 cases filed all over the country in a wide variety of industries including retail, manufacturing and pharmaceutical. Our services include providing assistance with lease modifications, advising on general credit and bankruptcy collection issues and handling bankruptcy litigation.
