Greg Singer is somewhat unique in today’s legal world as he was originally trained as a transactional lawyer and a litigator. Greg’s legal practice focuses on business structure, financing, asset purchase and sales, oil and gas, and real estate transactions. His background and familiarity with the litigation process gives him a perspective most lawyers practicing today do not have. Greg’s primary focus is providing the firm’s clients with practical answers to their legal questions and an efficient framework to conduct business in a constantly changing legal environment.
Greg began practicing law in 1988 and represents individuals, small and medium size businesses, financial institutions, as well as publicly held companies. He is a member of the Corporations, Real Estate, Estate and Probate, and Oil and Gas Sections of the State Bar of Texas. He received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University and graduated cum laude with honors from Vanderbilt University. He has received the highest AV preeminent rating from MartindaleHubbell.
