LARRY A. LEVICK
Larry A. Levick concentrates his practice on bankruptcy litigation and financial workouts. Larry’s practice is broad in scope ranging from national corporations as creditors as well as individuals and bankruptcy trustees.
Larry has represented major financial institutions as creditors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13 proceedings across the State of Texas and has experience with every aspect of the bankruptcy process including bankruptcy appeals. Larry has been counsel of record to several parties with appeals pending before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals including In re Jacobsen, 609 F.3d 647 (C.A.5 (Tex) 2010) and In re McLain, 516 F.3d 301 (C.A.5 (Tex.) 2008). Larry’s reputation for being practical and economical in his proceedings has won him great respect with his clients.
Larry began practicing law in 1986. Of his many accomplishments is the co-authoring of the article Notice in Bankruptcy. Larry received his Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and graduated cum laude from Tulane University. He is licensed to practice in all of the Texas state and federal courts and is a member of the bankruptcy section of the Dallas Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Larry is married with three children. He spends his free time coaching youth sports. Larry has received the highest AV preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
